StoreBaze features

Everything you need to launch and grow your brand online.

StoreBaze is an AI-native ecommerce platform for emerging and growing product brands. StoreBaze AI designs the first version of your storefront and builds new sections when you ask; products, orders, payments, fulfilment, and marketing all live in one admin. Launch and Scale include every feature on this page. They differ in price, platform fee, product limit, and AI and email allowances. StoreBaze is available to businesses based in Canada and the US.

AI design

A designed store from a few answers.

StoreBaze AI drafts your storefront at sign-up, then stays in the page builder for whatever you add next.

Your storefront, designed at sign-up

Tell StoreBaze your business type, your brand vibe, what you sell in one line, and what the main button on your home page should do, with your logo and brand colour if you have them. StoreBaze AI picks one of four themes and writes your home, about, FAQ, and contact pages, usually in under a minute. One AI storefront design is included with every store and doesn’t use AI credits.

Preview before it goes live

You see the result on your own store address first. Accept it to launch, or start blank and pick a theme yourself. Every page stays editable afterward.

An AI assistant in the page builder

Describe a section in plain words, such as a banner for your summer collection with three highlights, and StoreBaze AI builds it. Keep chatting to refine it, then fine-tune it by hand. Nothing changes on your store until you save.

Building blocks, not code

AI changes use the same building blocks as your own edits and are checked before they’re saved, so the AI never adds custom code to your pages.

AI credits

The page builder’s AI uses AI credits. Launch includes 900K for your first 30 days, Scale includes 1.5M every month, and an AI Pack adds 900K for CA$15 or US$10, valid for 30 days.

Design

Four themes and a visual page builder.

Start from a theme made for your kind of business, then shape every page without code.

Drag-and-drop page builder

Reorder sections by dragging, edit every word and image, and adjust colours, spacing, and layout section by section. Pages adapt to phones.

All the pages a store needs

Home, about, FAQ, contact, your products page and product pages, a blog, and policy pages for privacy, terms, and returns, plus pages of your own.

Header, footer, and branding

Your logo and colours, your navigation menu, footer columns, a newsletter signup, and your social links.

A blog

Write posts in your admin and publish them on your store’s blog.

Selling

A catalogue and checkout that grow with you.

From your first product to 5,000 on Scale, in Canadian or US dollars.

Products and variants

Variants such as size and colour, categories, and pricing by the piece or by weight (per kg, lb, or oz). Launch holds up to 250 products, Scale up to 5,000.

Inventory

Stock levels that update as orders come in, with a low-stock threshold for each product.

Stripe payments

Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments go into your own Stripe account, which you set up without leaving your admin.

Cash on pickup or delivery

Let customers pay in cash when they collect or receive their order, if you accept it.

Sell in CAD or USD

Choose the currency your store sells in when you sign up. You can change it in Settings until your first order.

Sales tax by province and state

Add each province or state where you collect tax, with its rate, its label (such as GST or HST), and your registration number. Delivered orders are taxed for the delivery address, pickup orders for the pickup location.

Promo codes

Percentage discounts with an optional cap, a minimum order, a usage limit, and start and end dates, plus an optional welcome code for customers who create an account.

Running the store

One admin for the work after launch.

Orders, customers, your team, and your numbers, in the same place as your storefront.

Orders

Every order with its status and timeline, and full or partial refunds.

Customer accounts

Customers can create an account to see their orders and keep a wishlist; you see your customers in the admin.

Staff accounts

Invite your team and choose which parts of the admin each person can use.

Analytics

Sales with year-over-year comparisons, plus reports on products, categories, customers, promotions, and delivery.

Activity log

A record of the important events in your store.

Marketing

Bring customers back.

Email and your own domain are included on both plans.

Email campaigns

Send campaigns to customers and subscribers who opted in, and see what happened to every email. Launch includes 1,500 marketing emails a month, Scale 10,000.

Newsletter signups

The newsletter signup on your storefront builds your subscriber list.

Abandoned-cart reminders

Remind customers about the items they left in their cart.

Your own domain

Every store starts at yourstore.storebaze.com. Connect a domain you own whenever you’re ready, with HTTPS included.

Fulfilment

Pickup and local delivery, on your terms.

StoreBaze currently fulfils orders through pickup and local delivery. You decide where, when, and what it costs.

Pickup locations

Add each place customers can collect orders, with its address and opening hours.

Local delivery

Deliver within a radius you set around your location, with your own delivery fee and an optional order amount above which delivery is free.

Delivery time windows

Let customers choose when their order arrives, from the days and time windows you offer, and mark the dates you’re closed.

New-order emails

You get an email for every new order, so nothing waits in the admin unseen.

Start free. Grow into Scale.

Launch is $0 a month, not a trial, with a platform fee only on card sales: 1.5% + US$0.30 on a sale in US dollars, or 1.5% + CA$0.45 on a sale in Canadian dollars. Scale is CA$99 or US$79 a month with a 0% platform fee, up to 5,000 products, 1.5M AI credits every month, and 10,000 marketing emails a month. Every feature is on both plans, and you can move between them from Billing. Stripe's processing fees apply on both.
